Inclusion Project Staff
The Inclusion Project is facilitated by Virginia’s University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), the Partnership for People with Disabilities. Staff support Youth Leaders by creating inclusive, participatory processes that help them develop and implement their visions for inclusion.
Seb Prohn, PhD - Principal Investigator
Seb Prohn is the Assistant Director of Resarch and Evaluation at VCU’s Partnership for People with Disabilities. All initiatives and research that he leads includes people with disabilities as collaborators and leaders. His work addresses health, well-being, and community participation of people with IDD.


Sarah Lineberry, PhD - Project Director
Sarah Lineberry is a Program Evaluation Associate at the Partnership for People with Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University. At the Partnership, Sarah supports projects that promote community participation and inclusion, health and wellbeing, and education for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. Sarah is especially interested in research that actively includes people with IDD as co-researchers and leaders.


Richard Chapman, PhD - Youth Leadership Coordinator
Richard Chapman is the Associate Director for Disability Leadership at the Partnership for People with Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed a postdoctoral research Fellowship at the University of Kansas in Lawrence Kansas studying self-determination intervention and assessment. He considers himself a disability studies scholar, and conducts research in the area of self-determination.
